How to sell?

How do I get started?

Signup to be a retailer on theminimall by clicking the link at the bottom of the page. Once you sign up, you will have to provide basic store details like contact information, store name, address, email etc. Our admins will approve the account right away and you can start listing your products that very moment.

How will I list my products?

Its very simple, upload a picture, provide a description and set a price. Retailers can sell their products via COD, store pickup or online payment methods. There will be no charge for COD or store pickup orders. For online payment methods, there will be a flat processing fee. We are currently in the process of implementing online payment methods and expect to roll them out soon.

I have many products in my retail store, what should I do?

We have a team that creates pages for products that are standardized. For eg. Mobile phones, cameras, television sets etc. For any non-standardized products like kurtis, shirts, paintings etc. you will have to create the page once. Even if you were to build your own website, you have to go through this exercise. We give you tools to edit, delete and pause products. This should take away some pain of relisting products.

What will be the types of products that can be listed?

The entire concept of theminimall revolves around creating an open and transparent platform. You can list any product from your store. It will go through a basic approval process to check for restricted content. Once it clears the approval process, which usually takes less than 5 minutes, the product page is good to go.

How will I manage shipping the products?

There are two options. Either you can use your own mode of shipping or use our preferred couriers. The benefit in using our preferred couriers is that you get deeply negotiated rates and easy tracking options.

I keep getting products for orders that are out of stock?

It is important to keep an accurate inventory online. If customers keep getting rejected orders, which might not be good for your seller rating. Future customers might make a purchasing decision based on your seller rating. Spending some time and updating your inventory is a good idea.
