Returns and Refund Policy
Returns:

The MiniMall provides 15 days return to enable buyers to buy with confidence.

TheMiniMall.com is a market place where we enable seller to list and sell products, the responsibility of returns is on the seller however all the sellers comply to the 15 days return policy from TheMiniMall and support any returns for product inaccuracy.

Any product purchased through theminimall.com can be returned if the same if found defective, not the correct product shipped, physically damaged at delivery, with different size or color, configuration etc. Once purchased the product cannot be returned for reasons like, not upto the mark, not as expected, not liking the product, don’t need it now etc which justify change in mind or intention of the buyer.

If you want to return the product please write to us at info@theminimall.com and customer service team will call you or you can call us at 079 40301730. We will discuss the reason for return, forward the case to the seller. If the product needs to be returned and once confirmed that the problem is with the seller’s end the product will get picked up from your place and returned to the seller.

Once the product is received by the seller it will be analyzed for the issue reported by the buyer. If the same is found as per the problem reported you will get replacement of the product, in case the seller fails to replace the product, a full refund will be provided to the buyer in the same way as it was made.

The buyer cannot reverse the buying decision after making a payment, In case the buyer decides not to take the product for dislike, not upto the mark or expectations, not wanted any more, the payment will be refunded deducting the shipping and return charges and the transaction fees for refunding the payment.

For items found defective after installation, the seller needs to contact the manufacturing company for the product not working.

No returns can be entertained 15 days after the product delivery or after the 15 days buyer return policy.


Warranty:

Warranty on any third party branded products will be honored by the respective manufacturing company.

Buyers will be provided with a valid bill for the product from the seller which will act as proof of purchase. In case the product has a warranty card it will be provided to the buyer along with the product.

Refunds:

Buyers are eligible for refund of payments in case of online payments made on TheMiniMall website.

If case the buyer decides not to accept the shipment after making an online payment, they can claim for a refund of payment by writing to us info@theminimall.com and the request will be attended within 2 working days.

In the above mentioned scenario the payment will be refunded in the same way as it was made online. Every payment mode has its respective time for refunding as per the payment gateway companies.

TheMiniMall will refund the payment deducting the total shipping including return shipping charges and the transaction fees if any to the buyer in the same method the payment was made.

After the refund has been processed it takes time as below to reflect the same in your account. Buyers will be notified by e-mail as soon as the request for refund has been processed, they need to check their respective accounts or statements for the same.

TheMiniMall does not capture an online payment until the order has been shipped by the seller. If the seller fails to ship the product within specified time period the payment gets dropped and qualifies for an auto-refund after 12 days.

Buyers can contact the seller directly or call TheMiniMall at 079 40301730 or even write to us at info@theminimall.com with the order # mentioned in the e-mail to know the status of the order, however if the it does not get shipped within 12 days it automatically initiates a refund to the buyer in the same way as it was paid. Buyers then need to wait for time as mentioned below to check their respective accounts for refunds to reflect.

Debit card 5 to 7 working days

Credit card 7-21 working days

If the payment was made by COD the same will be refunded back to the buyer through a check written in the name of the buyer in the way it was written in the order. The cheque will be dispatched through a regular post within 10 working days of the return being approved and confirmed.

TheMiniMall does not take responsibility of any refunds on store pick up orders. We would advise buyers to contact the seller directly if the payment has already been made for Store pick up purchases.
